Gordon Dean is the senior partner at the firm and specialises in litigation. He is Head of the Employment Department and Commercial Litigation Department.
Gordon initially trained as an accountant, working at Lotus Cars and the Norwich Union, He then studied Law at the University of East Anglia and Nottingham Trent University. After joining the legal profession, he trained at a Norwich City firm and rose to partner level, before founding Gordon Dean Solicitors in early 2005. He completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law at the UEA in 2007.
Gordon is active in local politics, having been a County Councillor and Chairman of the Norwich Liberal Democrats. Gordon is keen to support a Norwich Law Centre and is on the board of Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS), which provides free advice on employment, family, debt, housing and discrimination law.
Gordon is also a committee member of the Norfolk and Norwich Law Society and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
In 2014 he founded DLM Partners Ltd, an IT Consultancy helping businesses with their IT Disputes.
He is married with two daughters, Lily and Rose.

Louise Bunn is a Chartered Legal Executive and Head of our Private Client Team. Qualifying in 2005 Louise joined Gordon Dean Solicitors in December 2016.
Louise specialises exclusively in Private Client matters. She has extensive knowledge and can advise on, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax & Estate Planning and Probate matters.
Louise often advises on Care home fees, the importance of having a Will and how to manage your finances and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Louise has volunteered for various charities and has previously sat as the Chair for the Norwich branch of the Cruise Bereavement Care Charity, Cruise Bereavement Care is a specialist counselling organisation for those suffering bereavement.

Victoria studied for her law degree at Lincoln University. Then completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at York College of Law in 2011. She started working at Gordon Dean Solicitors in 2014 and was soon offered a Traineeship, before becoming a fully qualified Solicitor in July 2016.
After completing her LPC, Victoria gained invaluable work experience through volunteering at the Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS). NCLS provided opportunities for Victoria to develop, not only within her role in the Law but in connecting with people, learning valuable communication and client care skills. Victoria was also given a chance to help organisations such as Shelter and Leeway – a Domestic Abuse Charity.
Victoria is an active member of the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society and BNI, a networking and referral marketing organisation for businesses worldwide. She won the “Most Valuable Member 2016” award. As well as recently being appointed President of the BNI Chapter within Great Yarmouth. She hopes to support other members grow their businesses.
As a testament to her hard work and enthusiasm, Victoria recently won the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Trainee Lawyer of the Year 2016 award. Her approachable and friendly manner regularly earns her well-deserved praise from her clients.
Victoria is currently based in our Norwich Office, specialising in Personal Injury cases. However, she is more than happy to see clients in both Norwich and Great Yarmouth at their convenience.
